The Board held a meeting with the different avenues, as well as a tour of lovely Bonaire followed by lunch at Divi Flamingo. Anthony introduced Mr. Pedro Pablo Puky. Pedro Pablo's message was: "Rotary is in your hands. What is a Rotarian? Being a Rotarian is willingness to help others.

"What keeps Rotarians together? It's the magic of Rotary and being able to help each other.

"What should we do as Rotarians? First challenge: create ideas, second: put these ideas in writing into a project, third, analyze and sell the project, fourth: execute and close the project.

"What is the advantage for this? Credibility! Credibility is the key to success!"

Huub receives a nice pin from Pedro Pablo Pedro Pablo, who invites us for the districts' conference in Valencia, Venezuela from April 16-18, 2010, and is for both districts 4370 and 4380. An estimated 800 Rotarians are expected to join the conference, if twenty or more Rotarians request translation from Spanish it will than be provided.

Pedro informed the members about the group exchange with England where four people between the ages 25 and 40 are allowed to go from any profession or education. The exchange is for a period of 6 weeks, in late April 2010.

Also leaders are requested to go and accompany these four lucky people. Do we know anybody? This is also the time to propose District Governors for 2012-2013. The candidate should have been a Club President and a Rotary member for at least seven years.

Huub handed out a nice gift to Pedro Pablo and Anthony and thanked them again for their visit. Pedro Pablo ends his speech with the famous words from Gandhi, "Probably everything you do is insignificant..... .... but you have to do it ."
