BONAIRE ROTARY CLUB INVITES GUEST SPEAKERS

BONAIRE, N.A. - July 14, 2004 -- On Wednesday July 14, 2004, Rotary Club of Bonaire invited two guests speakers to present ideas and thoughts on how we can assist the Bonaire community in social development programs (Mrs. Ruth Bernabella from Bonaire) and energy waste programs (Mr. Rob Glaser from Middelburg Holland).

Mrs. Bernabella from SASO requested of the Rotary Club of Bonaire to actively assist in educational support, not just financial support, for her top projects : 1. Family Values, 2. Children Abuse 3. Elder Care 4. Drop Outs. Mr Glaser suggested different funding organizations to assist commercial and private sector in the water and electric recyclable methods.

Rotary Club of Bonaire, under the lead of President Evert Piar, is taking a proactive role in community needs and researching in which projects the Rotary Club can best assist.
